Despite a later foaling date, this filly by PROISIR possesses a lot of strength which is what drew our team to her. She has a massive hip, a well-developed shoulder and is a powerfully built athlete. Not only does she look strong, she has a beautiful big, loose walk which really caught our eye during our physical inspections. Going off how she presents physically, we think this filly could be racing as a late 2YO and will really begin to improve into her 3YO season.
On paper, she is out of a winning mare with a current and active page. The dam has had three runners for three winners - all having won in the current racing season. These include a full-sister to our filly in Hyperbolic who has now won three races here in Australia. This filly is also closely related to RIODINI (Proisir), who appears in the second dam and was a Gr.3 winner as well as placing in three Gr.1’s. It seems that Proisir just works with this family. The best of Proisir’s progeny have been fillies and mares, including Gr.1 winners LEVANTE, LEGARTO, and PROWESS. Based on this track record, we’ve been waiting for the right Proisir filly to come along, and we think this girl more than fits the brief.
